What is an Allocation?
When we place orders with our suppliers it is done on an allocation basis, this means that there is limited stock which can be distributed across the country.
The suppliers only have a certain amount of stock that they can distribute, so they announce how much stock they will be receiving, and then shops will put in a request for the amount they want.
When a certain date is reached the supplier will get in touch with the shop to let them know how much stock they will be receiving.
Sometimes stores will open pre-orders before they have a guaranteed allocation to gauge interest before they know what their allocation will be.
How we do it right
We want to be transparent: we will only ever place products up for pre-order or sale once we have heard back what our allocation will be and the stock has been assigned to us.
All stock avaiable for sale is guaranteed.
Getting an email letting you know you'll be getting refunded is never great, so we won't make stock available to order unless we know we can get it. We don't want you rushing around trying to order from someone else, we want to get the products in your hands and ready to play.
We're all about the players, collectors, and most importantly: the fun.
When is payment taken?
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering, and the product description will show the estimated delivery time.
