Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is a 14-day calendar period, with the day it is delivered counting as day one of the 14-day window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Trading Card Games such as Pokemon Cards, Magic The Gathering, or any other titles, there is a strict policy that if it is a sealed or single product sold on a condition (Sealed, Near Mint) if the returns team feel this has changed since the point of sale, it is their discretion to reject the sale and their decision is final.
Due to price market volatility, if something is pre-ordered or bought around a launch and then returned, the price market will be considered if we feel you are returning a product once the price has dropped. We will consider these returns eligible on a case-by-case basis. We aim to get product in the hands of players not scalpers or hoarders.
If you return an item outside our portal and manually send a product back to us, we do not accept this, and we cannot be liable for where you send it. Our returns system has labels specifically printed for where our stock is held.
If a product is damaged during a return, we do not have to refund you; you need to raise this with the courier you picked to send the product back with. Please consider this when returning.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
We apply a 5% cancellation policy to combat bots and scalpers. Please take the time to make an informed purchase before buying.
A £5.00 handling fee will be added to all returns
