The Dreams Come True Collection forms the second major Traditional Chinese collection of the Sun & Moon era, following the All Stars Collection.

While every pack contains seven cards and guarantees one holofoil card. The wider release contains more than 200 cards, with Set A centred on Grass, Psychic, Fighting, Darkness and Dragon types.
