The Mewtwo Figure Collection forms part of the wider 30th Celebration range, created to mark three decades of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. The expansion brings together new artwork, cards inspired by Pokémon TCG history and a dedicated Pikachu collecting theme, with every booster pack containing five foil cards and one foil Basic Energy card. One of the five foil cards is guaranteed to feature one of 30 unique Pikachu illustrations.

For the Mewtwo collection itself, the five booster packs are accompanied by a foil promo and matching oversize foil card, both featuring Mewtwo. The centrepiece is the colourful sculpted figure, giving the collection a substantial physical display element beyond its sealed card contents.

The figure also has a notable production pedigree: Pokémon confirms it was sculpted by Daichi F Sugimoto and produced by Kaiyodo Co. Ltd. This makes the collection especially interesting for enthusiasts who value the craftsmanship and presentation of Pokémon display pieces alongside their TCG cards.
